How Is Breast Lift with Implants Performed?
A combined breast lift with implants procedure is usually performed under general anesthesia.
Dr. Loizides will reshape your breasts, removing excess skin and tissue to correct sagging. He may reposition your nipples higher on your breast and reduce the size of your areolas. He will then form pockets for the implants and insert them, holding them in place and securing the new shape of your breasts using an internal bra suture technique. The external incisions are then closed with fine sutures, and your breasts covered with a sterile dressing and your compression bra.
